frost presence bugged for anyone else?

I figured this would be a good place to start, never posted here before but always read up on things and i was unable to find anything about this anywhere.

I made a DK last night to mess around with, and tonight i started doing some outlands quests when i noticed that frost presence was not giving me increased stamina? I thought at first it might be just a unit frame addon bugging out, but i checked my character window and it just doesnt go up when i switch to frost presence, i was wondering if anyone else was having this issue at all.

do u have improved frost pres? cause if u do it gives u the stam bonus no matter what pres ur in so it wouldnt show up. therefore it wouldnt be bugged.

I think the biggest durp moment is forgetting to turn frost presence off after emergency tanking and instantly pulling aggro on the next boss. :-X

I checked my DK out and it works fine. Check the talent points otherwise i have no clue whats is going on.

OR going blood presence on frosthowl cause other tank has him and you get at least 15% more dmg in and forgeting to go frost again for jaraxus untill its too late... ""
