I've purchased this with my DKP last night on my Arms warrior...
Polar Bear Claw Bracers
basically, my reasoning is:

1) i have a gimp ArP trinket: Needle Encrusted Scorpion
which is about 48.44% ArPen when it procs on CRITS... =(

2) i have enough ArP on gear passively to get the "softcap" needed to fullfill the 100% ArP upon procs...

previously, been using the crafted iLvl 245 bracers... tho i feel it's a bit too premature to replace the bracers, wondering that the added crit may actually help to work with the gimp trink?

oh, and now i'm sitting with too much hit... lol!

They aren't bad bracers, although I wouldn't personally take them, because I'm hit capped. I use the crit/arP crafted ones.
Those are nice though. And yes, if you have the gear to gem for ArP, do it. That trinket isn't TERRIBLE, the uptime according to EJ isn't as high as GT/MR, but it's still a high arp proc trinket. So gem for it.
