Season 4... Just old dungeons and new ilvl?

I play affliction and I have 3 pieces of t9.5 and one piece of t9. I recently got a token for t10.5 and was wondering when I should break my t9 4 set since the 4 set for afflic is very powerful. I have 9.5 helm, legs, gloves, and 9.0 shoulders. My chest is merlin's robes. WHat piece should I buy? or should I just buy and hold onto it for the 2 set?

Chest, thus when you break T9 4pc you have T10 2pc to supplement.
Level 2 Tier10 Chest is approximately 10-15% better than Merlins, using pretty basic scale factors.

Indeed. The rule of thumb is to refrain from breaking a tier set bonus until you can replace it with the next tier's set bonus.
