Citadel Enforcer's Claymore vs Dual-blade Butcher

i can't tell which one is better for unholy and blood. dual seems like its the better choice but enforcer has some shitload of hit. idk which one to use for dps

DBB > the other one if you are capped on hit w/o the other one.

for blood and unholy? because enforcer has more weap damage
