I always thought alliance = good, and horde = bad.
Strange though I play horde.

through the eyes of the players.
when u play horde on a server thats 3:1 favoring alliance of course u think they r douchers. The bad players give the faction and other alliance players a bad rep IE little kids (ratio works in my favor for that in odds)

Every society is violent. Some are just extremely good at hiding it (in prisons, for instance).Compared to the nations of the Alliance they are still extremely primitive and violent people who never possessed the ability to develop beyond tribal societies.
And by the by, the most primitive society is the night elves's.
