you get occulus all the time because most of the players tend to quit the group when rolling occulus, thus aint getting an "done occulus today"-status. without this status their chances to roll on occulus are the same like before, but if they had done it, the chances would go down as stated by blizzard and the "random" chances would start to even out. but with everyone quitting all the time on occulus they're fucking the system.

TLDR

Occ is easy, even the brainless ppl I run randoms with can be easily taught and 1-shot the last boss. Everything else in there is retardedly easy now. Move along.

I don't get occulus all the time. I do, however, get Oculus all the time.
