I was playing on my alliance shaman (65lvl) and my friend 80lvl horde pala was boosting ring of blood quest chain. 1-4 parts went nice but then... 80 lvl horde dk came with his friend, 65lvl pally. Dk killed me and i said at messenger to my friend that he should tell them that they dont kill me again. And what happened when i ressed.. dk killed me again. My friend didn't have very much time and he logged off. I was angry, because last part of ring of blood quest chain was undone. I killed 80 lvl dk and 65 paladin with my shaman. And when they tried it again, i did it again. Dk killed me couple of times too and i released allways my corpse and killed his friend again. They failed many times and then they gave up.

I followed them with my mount and tried to kill but i failed and dk killed me. Then they went to high rocky mountain and i dropped them down with my thunderstorm spell, they both died. After that i logged to my lvl 80 rogue. its on the same realm but horde. I whispered to dk and he said that they both had reported me, because i was doing harrastment, disturbing their gameplay and i will get 3day ban.

Can i really get 3day ban from that?(i dont have even warnings) Im playing on veknilash ( PVP SERVER).. They said pvp server doesnt matter..

If im understanding this correctly, theres no reason they should of banned you. They were harassing you and you retaliated, they continued to and you did again. Plus its a PVP server.

There is a large portion of this game we call PvP, or Peer versus Peer, player versus player.

its part of the game. If they are flagged and you kill them its game, and vice versa.

No way in hell would Blizzard ban you for that.

I was finishing up some loremaster quests earlier, flew to bulwark and a lvl 70 war was attacking npcs (no not the one for that quest) so i slaughtered him, a few times, he logged to a horde alt, telling me how i have been reported for killing him.
tbh i found it quite funny, sure it wasnt a challenge, he was 10 lvls lower, but killing low lvl quest npcs, then bitching when someone makes sure you cant
if someone is flagged pvp, regardless of where they are, its free game, kill em
they harassed you to begin with, so they have no leg to stand on so to speak.

This just in, PvP is an exploit and all users found doing it will be immidiately banned.

The only part that even is even remotely close to against he rules is using an alt to talk across factions. That used to be against the rules. I doubt that is still enforced at all given that you can now have a horde alliance on the same server. I don't know if it was ever against the rules on PvE servers.

That can't be against the rules anymore, seeing as how you can create both factions on the same server on the same account now.

Of course not. I suggest that you track them down in-game and gank those bitching morons for 2 hours or so. Pvp equals harassment... That's a good one. By the way, Vek'nilash EU?

doesnt matter there is no such thing called griefing on a pvp server..

You can corpsecamp 120 lvl 5 characters in their starting area ( i know you cant but follow me here) And they can't do anything about it..

Thats the name of the game.. I was told this by a GM back in the day so there is no ban inc..

Terms of Service are vague with Blizz.. always have been.

But what I always tell myself/my friends: It's PVP, get used to it. If you don't like it, move to PVE or ticket them if it reaches bizare lengths (= you cannot game... EVER)
