Start from scratch. I've never raided, my main only has the Swiftarrow set. I wouldn't like losing the couple thousand gold I've saved for my worgen, but that is hardly necessary. As the numerous alts I am running right now prove, I enjoy leveling new characters. Besides, as some one else said, I am planning to start over when Cataclysm arrives, anyway.

I have played for a little over 4 years, I have 5 lv80's, and a seriously geared Hunter with all kinds of Feats of Strength that I'll never be able to do again.

No matter what I did, losing that would make WoW unplayable for me.

It would be like losing an old friend (figuratively speaking), and then going and sitting on the grave and talking to the air.

Just not the same thing.
