I pretty much use CLCret for internal trinket CDs. Ya I have the priotities there and set up, but mostly there for the ICD tracker. Its actually useful and does this very well.

No, you never want to wait for a higher-priority ability to come off cooldown. Wasted time is wasted dps.

I use it for SoV tracking on multiple mobs, helpful when tanking and DPSing.

    <8k consistent AP:
    HoW > CS > Judgement > DS > Cons. > Exo > HW > (HoR)

    >8k consistent AP:
    CS > Judgement > HoW > DS > Cons. > Exo > HW > (HoR)

T9 2pc (assumes 8k+ consistent AP from here down):
    Judgement > CS > HoW > DS > Cons. > Exo > HW > (HoR)

    T10 2pc and above:
    DS > CS > Judgement > HoW > Cons. > Exo > HW > (HoR)

    T9 2pc and T10 2pc:
    DS > Judgement > CS > HoW > Cons. > Exo > HW > (HoR)

There is also for AE damage:

    Non-T10 2pc:
    CS > DS > Judgement > Cons. > HW > HoW > Exo > (HoR)

    T10 2pc and above:
    DS > CS > Judgement > Cons. > HW> HoW > Exo > (HoR)

    i use forteExorcist.

with a recent update, it can easily track 3-4 SoV dots on different mobs. i think that would be all you need, given 3 mobs per side on lichbitch and 3 on gunship.
