Trouble with Leveling

Everyone told me levling as a rogue is mad easy, from about 1-58 it was crazy easy, i leveled as mut spec but once i got to outland my dps didn't exactly increase as i gained levels (heirloom daggers) so i decided to go combat daggers and my dps increased by about 200 which is great at that level but around lv65 my dps started to stop increasing again and i was dying much more often so at 68 i decided to go combat swords (non heirloom) and i guess its better than daggers but about same survivability, if anything less. what exactly is wrong? http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...7zhul&n=Zindin is my armory.

Leveling is not about dps.

Also, you're using a raiding spec, those are not really good for leveling.

And if you were Mutilate and had problems, then you did something wrong. Mutilate should be the old 41/5/25 pvpspec, 2 slow daggers, Wound Poison on both, open with Cheap Shot, Mutilate, Eviscerate, Mutilate, Mutilate. [Depending on your gear and the mobs health, they should be dead after Evis or the next Mutilate.]
