Does anyone know if miks parses at all? I think is somehow does and it lags me massivly during 25's. If it does do it does anyone know how to stop it lol? Or know a more light weight text addon?

Have you tested it with and without MSBT? If not, do that and come back. I wouldn't believe MSBT clogged up your FPS without any tests. I've never heard of it doing that, at the very least.

Every combat text addon "parses". It has to parse the combat log to find out all the numbers and abilities it throws up. It doesn't DO anything - it just looks at every line that would show up in the "To You" filter on the combat log, to find out what, how much, to you or from you, and type of damage. Every combat text addon would do that.

Throttle MSBT if it's lagging you in 25's - use the "throttling" stuff in MSBT so that it puts shit on the screen less often.
