Dislodged Foreign Object ICD? 45 sec or 90 sec?

I have heard many versions about this. Just want to make sure b4 I get it.
Is it 45 s ICD or 90 s? I rckn this could be better than normal version of rein of the dead yeah?
Is it cool to use this and murradin's spyglass since I dont have rein of the dead?

Back to your corner now. This trinket is awful for Moonkin. 155 passive haste is almost halfway to your cap (you'll be way over with your other gear). Stick with the crit trinket off Syndragosa that procs on DoT ticks. And no, Arcane does not use DoTs. This trinket procs on harmful spell cast.

i got the dislodged object last night, and it seems to be a 45sec icd from when the effect starts, haven't gotten to test it much tho.

Pretty much every trinket proc in game is 45s. 90 would be stupid.

Correct answer is yes, this is better than even the 258 reign trinket (the 264 dislodged).

One of our mages got it this week and did some testing.
45 seconds ICD, the cooldown starts as soon as the effect procs so there's only 25 seconds downtime.
