As you can see I have some pvp random gear, some northrend random gear and even some level 70 old pve gear... I want to dps with this toon some heroics for fun, but need some serious improvement here, so any advice?? Thanks

Gems and enchants would be a start.
Look around a bit on Elitist Jerks for some information on how to play your class, and stuff like that.
Gearing up is really easy nowadays!

advice? hmh well, craft toc bracers and chest, ulduar boots and belt, get frostsavage as rest and gogo.

Farm badges, go ICC 5-mans heroic and normal. = 10000k dps.

Yeah its really the same thing for gearing up any character.
Farm some gold to buy gems,enchants, and crafted gear.

And when you got pretty many of them you can buy full T9 and get enchants and epic gems.
