A new PC for Wow - I want solid 50-60 fps in 25-mans

A simple question. I'm currently using an AMD Athlon 4000+ (single core) with Geforce 9500 GT and 2 GB DDR2 ram on Windows Xp. I've been struggling with raid fps more and more ever since Hyjal/BT/Sunwell times and it's just getting worse. I have an average of 15-20 fps in raids and it's unbearable for me, I'm really picky when it comes to FPS.

Now that I finally have enough money to buy a new one (not a very high end one, mind), I'd like some advice. What are the specs needed to run 25 man raids at maxed out graphics excluding shadows which I don't need/want at 1680*1050 resolution with smooth constant 50-60 frames per second? I don't mind infrequent drops below that.

I was thinking of the following:

ASUS M4A785TD-V-EVO
Amd Phenom II X4 925 AM3 2,8 GHz
Ati Radeon HD 5770
4 GB RAM, DDR3 1333MHz, CL9
