merge of two diff. accounts

I just got back to wow after a long break and i had to create a battle net account. I created 2 diff battle net accounts from my 2 diff. wow accounts... After reading about the new battle account i regret not merging both my wow accounts into the same battlenet account. The accounts are in two different names (last name the same) and two different emails.

Is i possible to merge these even after i have made them into two different and how do i do it? Have been searching the forums all over but cant seem to find an answer on how its done cause it seems other ppl can do it.

What exactly is so incomprehendible in that bold text written in caps saying "NOT FOR IN GAME SUGGESTIONS/FEEDBACK"? Should the Admins make it flash and, like, font size 9000 so people will read it?
