I watched numerous applications of Vindication fail to proc a mote. The melee swing proc'd but not the debuff. Can't be 100% certain, but I'd say that I'm at least 98% certain.

even so, if it didnt proc after a good amount of applications, it wouldnt be worth speccing since the points are better used elsewhere, even if there was a very small chance for it to happen.

It does appear that the Drain Life proc from Bryntroll can proc a mote.

EDIT: Refreshing the Seal of Vengeance/Corruption DoT definitely still does proc a mote.

seem like the latest nerf killed the weapon, its worth less dps then the stats you would get on the other weapon now

Nerfed proc chance on a weapon that lacks "green" stats and a speed of 3.4 seconds makes Shadow's Edge the preferred weapon.

Is this Rawr thing occuring for everyone else? Cause I'm running 427 haste and I matched the rogue in Saurfang 25 earlier, both of us 10k. Rogue was decently geared but only has 2 pc, the rest is 258/264 non-tier.

The verdict is that the herkuml war token isn't a good upgrade worth your emblems.

Yes, DV/DC is still better than that. Only get it if your RNG gods do not favour you on trinket drops.

Look at my post right after the one your quoted. As I said, there are some stipulations to that screenshot.

So it works best with 3.5+ speed weapons eg, SE and SM, if that's what you're trying to imply.

I think I've noticed that my Seal of Corruption is top skill used according to Recount.
