Using shamanic rage i know that it triggers a GCD but with the 2 set tier 10 using it every minute on the minute will help. Is there not like a cast random that i can set up with SS or ES for it ?

Just make a macro for your skills where you put shamanistic rage in front.
Yes you will get a message saying skill is not reasdy yet every time you use it and it's on cd but when it is ready it will pop.

wont work, you cant combine 2 abilities that both trigger a gcd in the same macro, doesnt matter how you put it.
only works with a modifier.

if you use a castsequence macro it can fuck up pretty badly if you push it to fast.

this is the macro you were asking for, but if you push it when shamanistic rage is on CD, and before the 7seconds, the timer will reset again and you will have to wait another 7 seconds.

i suggest keybinding seperatly
