I think you have the wrong addon. OmniCC only puts timers inside your buttons.

it also has a swing timer and a tracker on the debuffs i have on my target. Those are what i cant move. I turned off all my addons but that thats how i know it is that

Nah bro you have the wrong addon, maybe you're thinking of Quartz.
