Yet another "should I start gemming ArP"

So, right now i have 324 ArP. I own http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47285, bringing me up to 406. With 16 gem slots (18-2 to keep meta up, the 16th slot coming from Dual-Blade Butcher) it would add up to 726. Enough to reach the soft cap with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50198

So if I would gem it, I would lose... about 300 STR + proc from greatness (300 STR).

Worth it? Apreciate the help considering I find spreadsheets way too confusing =\

P.S. The NES is horrible. You want either GT or MR only.

I'm aware of this guide. But considering I dont have GT or MR... is it THAT bad to use soft cap + NES instead of what I have right now?
