What content/fights are you doing, can you maintain your mana without any mana talents? These are questions that help greatly
No Darten, Elemental exists so resto shamans don't have to spend a minute to kill mobs when doing dailies.

generally no...its usually a waste of time, mana, and money. fire nova is best for aoe, which most bosses do not call for, and must be a stationary fight, which a bit too many icc fights are not to validate making the switch. imo stay with mana regen talents, with enough haste they come in handy.

Do you really need that much mana conserving talents? I think 6% less dmg taken and imp fire nova totem is the best if you are a raider, at least if you never runs oom.
