This type of macro will require you to hit your button 2 times. It won't cast both in sequence with just 1 press.

You can't cast it twice with 1 button with any macro, because they're both on GCD

Definitely want to add make it: /castsequence reset=target icy touch, pestilence

That will make it so if you change targets you won't lead with a pestilence that does nothing except waste a rune. You should include this in any macro that you want to start fresh on a new target.

Yep...in fact I used to have "lazy mode" macros that I ran heroics with.

My full rotation was macroed and I spammed 1 button. <---yes i know this is bad and no I did not raid with this.

example (not exact): icy touch, plague strike, blood strike, blood strike, SS, SS, SS (I did RP dumps seperate from the macro).
If you do this, create a second/different one for aoe.

The only ability we really can't macro is DND because it needs to be placed...everything else can be put in a macro.
