Help in logging in :)

Aight, i need some help here, concerning logging into wow.
This is what i get after prolongued waiting times.

So basicly, this is what i did before.
I just moved into college housing(yey)
I have installed myself windows XP again, everything new, fresh off the bat.
I suspected the router from housing place is to blame for the disability to log. But there's actually nothing i can do about it, there's no access point (?) as students don't have any deal with it. I have also tried adding ports like blizzard suggested, to no effect.
Any pointers on what i can try?
Need to mention my IP is assigned DHCP.
If any of you can help, i'll be quick to respond with any more info you would need.

You moved in to a student apartment?
Is it their router etc? If so it might be blocked, I dno.

I used to get this a lot for no reason, usually i restart my pc and all is good, i guess you have done that, so we can only assume it is to do with your college

Found out tunneling method works with Pingfu iris programme, yet it's a bit laggy
isn't there any passive setting i can do for WoW?
i've heard of SSH tunnel, but it's kinda complicated
If any1 knows any methods/new programmes that work better, please helpz
