could be a lot of addon like MSBT, Parrot, etc.
a lot of addon can be configured now to show cd that are ready

I was looking at the suggested addons that people posted 'cause I was really wanting to know as well. And testing a few of them, it's TellMeWhen.

However, don't get it from curse as it hasn't been updated in forever. There's a fan update on wowinterface though.
