hey guys, well im an arcane mage with around 2400 spellpower 525 haste, my question is: for gemming gear, since haste is necessary for arcane, should i gem 12 sp 10 haste gems in all sockets where i can get bonuses, or just put them in all yellow and blue sockets? or something completely different... no bashing please just a simple question.

Go for set bonuses where ever you can imo

though, go SP+haste and not pure haste. Dont go pure anything execept pure spellpower

come on dude, seriously. there are 2, count 'em, 2 FAQ that both answer gemming issues. hell, i even tell you in mine when to gem for what in which spec and when it's time to gem other shit. i hate this place.

it's ok swizzle, they just dont look sometimes. But yes, i so suggest looking at Swizzle's post. Very accurate and extremely helpful.

In his defence, your thread is not a sticky (should be, but isn't) and the current one talks about 19 Spell Power gems, things have changed since, surely.
