Resto Shaman PvP spec

Hello, Me and my buddy were gonna try some resto shaman/arms war twos and i cannot find a decent pvp resto spec. Most of the links to specs ive found either came up not found or were very sloppy. Anyone have any recommended specs to use for arenas? it would be much appreciated.

As i focus more on healing wave. But generally its up to you, theres a link in the FAQ to a pvp guide for shamans, i beileve that has some specs on it.

opposite to pea, I focus on lesser healing wave - I find that its fast enough not to get constantlly interupted and heals very very well - especially with the arena totem. It's about play style really i like quick heals, check out my spec - compare to pea's and maybe give them a go
