Hyperspeed Accelerators for haste capped resto Shaman

Currently running with 730 haste on my badge geared Resto Shaman. Not haste capped now or even close but i'll be getting there once I start getting more gear.

ATM is use HA on gloves because I think the enchant is a nice emergency boost which i'd take over SP on gloves. But what happens when HA starts clipping the GCD? It still has value for HW and CH spam but i'm not sure if it would be better switched out as I go beyond 920 or whatever haste I need to be capped using the HA buff. Perhaps SP would be better then?

Pretty much this. Resto is my off-spec but I still used HSA with 1100-ish haste. Spam a few CH's for 12 sec. Even if it only jumps once it's more mana efficient then LHW.

CH, however if someone takes burst damage it doesn't hurt to throw a under gcd heal off.. We're healers not dps, it's not a bad thing that we hit heals under gcd, it gets off quicker, it won't reduce our dps done =\ But in most cases you just spam CH (as that's what the whole point of stacking haste is about)

My offspec resto set is at 1003 haste unbuffed, when my trinket procs I go up to 1500 and if I pop the gloves at the same time I go over 1800 haste, which is well over the cap. When that happens I just use longer heals

Even if your LHW hits the GCD barrier it's still a beast heal.
I'd like to say that even though it's in "theory" not better cause of GCD, it's still being cast faster, and the 0.1 sec or w/e may save someone's life.
