<Knights Of Ni> of Draka is currently looking to add a few more solid players to the ranks for further progress in Icecrown Citadel and beyond in the upcoming expansion, Cataclysm! Recruit Process
* Recruits invited to the guild will be required to undergo an evaluation period lasting roughly 3 - 4 weeks. This period may be extended if we feel we need more time to evaluate your contributions to the guild. During this time the following will be observed:
o Co-operation with guild members
o Skill and gear
o Preparation for raids
o Raid attendance
o Ability to follow directions and respond to advice
* 25 man raids - Recruits will earn dkp during their raids, however, priority on all loot is given to guild members. Once accepted, please review the documentation for our looting process stickied on our forums.
* 10 man raids - Loot distribution is up to the discretion of the raid leader.
* The purpose of recruitment is to fill raid spots, with that in mind, recruits are expected to have a raid attendance rate of at least 100% during their evaluation period. Remember this is the bare minimum and if you do not intend to do your best to attend all our raids, do not bother applying.
