About <Grandeur>:
We are a competitive raiding guild on US-Kilrogg. Our current raiding schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 6:45pm-10:00pm Pacific Time. Sometimes we go a little later. Often, we take an extra day off later in the week if everything is dead. We are currently focusing on the new ICC content.

We use a loot council system to distribute gear according to what would most promote progression while trying to remain fair to all who contribute. Loot which is not used is sold and the proceeds distributed to all active raiding members based on their attendance at the end of each month.

We hold our members and applicants to high standards. This ensures the rest of the raid that the people they are playing with are there to achieve the same thing - progression. We expect each individual raider to know their class so they may easily accomplish their assigned job.

When considering us, recruitment requirements are as follows:
-You must be able to follow orders and have the capacity to think quickly and react accordingly.
-Must be able to take constructive criticism.
-A good sense of humor!
-No drama. If you're a drama queen, don't bother applying.
-We want active players that enjoy raiding and the challenges associated with it.
-Must be self sufficient with regards to consumables and always come prepared.
-80%+ Raid Attendance
-A Solid Internet Connection. If you regularly go linkdead, you are of no use to us.
-Teamspeak -- You must have a mic and be able to speak
-All the right reputations done.
-Completed and raid-worthy tradeskills.

We are always recruiting all classes. If you are good at your class, you’ll have a spot in our raid. More specifically, if you are better at your class than someone already in the raid, you will be prioritized over them, particularly forthe newest encounters in ICC. Our current specific needs are as follows:
