Impatient is a casual guild primarily focused on progression and not hardcore raiding. We full heartedly endorse the fact that real life always comes before gaming. Our main goal in raiding is to have fun while experiencing end-game content. Nonetheless, we strive to proceed through new material efficiently. We maintain a mature, yet calm and relaxing guild atmosphere.

Raid Schedule

Wednesdays – 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PST)
Thursdays – 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PST)
Fridays – 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PST)
Occasionally we continue raids on later days depending on how many players can attend.

Class Need Priorities

Death Knights: Medium / Tank (Very High)
Druids: Restoration Only (Medium)
Hunters: Full
Mages: Very High
Paladins: Medium / Tank (Very High)
Priests: Holy/Shadow Only (Medium)
Rogues: Full
Shamans: Enhancement Only (Very High)
Warlocks: High
Warriors: Low / Tank (Very High)

Impatient seeks players who hold a positive attitude while gaming. We deal with a negligible amount of drama and would like to keep it that way. At this moment in time we would like recruits to be geared/prepared for ICC 10, or close to it. We would also like potential members to be able to attend 80-90% raids a month. With that said, there is no problem with missing a raid here or there. Ventrilo will be required during raids, but a microphone is optional.

Loot

We have a basic master loot system set up. Every raid member can win one need roll per raid, but after winning that item, they move a tier lower in priority to other need rolls. They can technically roll need again for another item, but won’t be able to win unless no one else needs that item. Tier marks are in a separate pool than the other items, but the same rules apply for them as well.

Progression

ToC 10: 5/5, ToC 25: 5/5, ToGC 10: 4/5, ICC10: 7/12, ICC25: 4/12.

Summary
