Tier 10 4set- time to regem/enchant?

If you look at the 4set bonus for Tier 10 gear.

Set: When your serpent sting and wyvern sting abilites deal damage. you have a 5% chance to gain 20% Attack power for 10 sec.

this made me wounder. Since we gain 20% more AP, wouldn't it be better to Gem and enchant Agility (or Even Attack power?) over Armor penetration now? Since we then would get more AP from the 4set bonus.

give more dps then head sholders chest hands t10 and legins of northernd light

Unless you have T9 from Anub HC, it is an upgrade to use 4 264 T10 and Leggings of northern lights.

The proc from 4pc t10 doesn't proc very often on single target fights where only 1 sting will be active.
T9 helm and legs with t10 chest and shoulders with offset gloves could potentially give more dps than 4pc T10 with leggings of northern lights as the off set piece.

Well it could give more if you are using 245 t9 vs. 4pc 277 T10, but that gear wont be available for quite some time.
