Did they make it so frozen core, when your icelance crits your frostbolt casting time goes down by like .3/.6/1second? I thought i heard of some talent or saw it on the patch notes but now im not seeing it. Just wasnt sure if it was there?
It was in one of the more recent patch notes but never made it live. It was supposed to be a PvE buff for frost along with the permanent Water Elemental glyph and Deep Freeze change. THe hasted frostbolt was too much though, it did nearly nothing for your DPS because it put you way above the haste cap.
