Class?

Ive been having trouble picking a new class to play as my alt.
I currently have an 80 shaman, DK, and mage. and ive grown bored of the mage dps rotation, shaman healin rotation, and my DK is just for raids since he is basically ICC10 geared already.
I keep thinking of a class to level and will start it, once i get to level 10 i think like, "ooo its be cool to be that other class cause it gets this at 80" ect.
Id like to pick a class with multiple roles, not a pure dps class.
people tell me to level a priest, since there really not that popular, which id like. yet they say its the WORST class to level. i was thinking druid, but so god dam many! same thing with paladins.
if someone can point me to the right direction itd be aprriciated.
(are priests really that bad to level?)

The reason palies and druids are so plentiful is cause of how many roles thy fill but OT priests are boring as hell to lvl but if you can tough it out till around 40 it gets pretty fun

Affliction Warlock = funnest caster DPS to play.

Holy/Disc priest = funnest healer to play.

Enhancement Shaman = funnest melee DPS to play.

Protection Paladin = funnest tank to play.
