Elemental shaman PVP spec idea (need advice)

Right im gona be starting the next arena season as an ele shaman iv looked at forum after forum for a good ele shaman pvp spec and iv found out its personal prefronce really but i wanted to know your thoughts on my choice and if you "pro's" think it would be any good for 2v2's and 3v3's?

I'm sorry but no. This is not going to work. 10% stam isn't game breaking and you can ghost wolf out of some movement slowing effects. A waste of 5 talent points right there. Get 3/3 astral shift please. Lightning overload is a must. A MUST. The imp nova isn't helpful ever since they removed the stun.

ok ill get rid of the 10% stam and get lightning overload but i dont understand why you would get ToW say siering totem i think would be doing better damage than like 100 spell power of ToW...
