Ret T10 four pieces, haste or armor pene better?

I was told that armor penetration becomes a little better than haste when having two pieces of tier 10 retri gear, because DS is a melee attack. But what about with 4 pieces; increases the damage of seals and judgement by 10%.

I know they are both bad when compared to other stats but which one of them is better for one having 4 set bonus?

Haste will win out, for 2 reasons:
-- If you have the 4pc, you should have Byrntroll or Shadowmourne eventually
-- If you have the 4pc, you can obtain TAJ most likely

Both of these scale EXTREMELY well with haste. So in the long run, the haste is better, but still worse than Agility in terms of generic stat weights.

It died when Juggernaut rerolled back in SWP. Swarm was all that was left around then and they called it quits shortly after for the same reasons Juggernaut left...dead server was dead. Took me hours of hovering my mouse over the transfer button, but it was the best decision I ever made in this game leaving the Hammer.

transfer to burning blade... ill be headed there shortly, and it's an amazing server for both pve and pvp as horde.
