Have we been Stealth Buffed?

Hello,

I just read that we have recived some unannounced buffs:

"DKs just received 2 stealth buffs. IBF has been increased to 30% base and Frost Presence has been buffed from 6% to 8% stam."

Also a frind of mine who keeps track on his hit-rating says it has increased without changing gear/specc/race.

Can anyone confirm this?

The 2% increase in stamina is nice, it's roughly a 750 HP increase.

and the increase in IBS is awesome as well, hope more mana sponges (blood tanks) go frost now.

Why would I go frost? The stamina increase makes blood even more effective since all of our blood benefits are a function of stamina. And since I've never seen too much of a difference from extra time on IBF, the mitigation boost wouldn't change my decision there.

i'd say 40% is a bit too much, because it would be OP in PvP (for which this glyph currently mostly is used).

this should still not be used by any tanks at all... its only for none defence caped dks imo.

The question is still totally relevant. The IBF change effects PvP DKs too, and the glyph will need to be changed or removed.

The frost emblem belt was under budget. Mine has more hit/crit since the content patch.
