Actually i'm gemming stamina but i read when gemming bonus is +9/+12 stam it's better to respect the color.
So with my level of stuff what is better?

Honestly I think it's more personal choice than anything else. Some will prefer pure stamina gemming and one purple gem to activate the meta because high raw health is used as a snap judgment of a tank's worth, some will go for every socket bonus. I go for every stamina socket bonus, which happens to be most. In doing so, I trade 42 stamina for 50 defense rating and 15 dodge rating.

i use 30 stam gems, 10 hit 15 stam gems and 10 expertise 15 stam gems. I try to put the hit/expertise ones in sockets that will give a bonus, though if i dont need any more hit or exp cause its on the gear i just gem pure stam ignoring socket bonus especially since extra hit is pretty much pointless.

Your current way of gemming should serve you fine.

You are fine with the gemming What I do is to go for 12 sta bonuses only and use 10hit/15sta or 10dodge/15sta (assuming I'm over 26 exp) to activate.
