What Mounts do You Think Were Missing in Wrath?

I don't know about you guys, but when I saw the initial trailers for Wrath, I saw a lot of shoveltusk. Or maybe I just tuned out the rest, I don't know. Anyways, I was expecting them to be the new Talbuk of Wrath, grind out some faction rep and get a shiny shoveltusk. However, that was obviously not the case and they are in fact seen only in like 1.5 zones, much to the chagrin of my Jewelcrafter.
Then there was the Frost Wyrm, which to be fair we eventually got, but before Wrath's release people thought it would look like the one used in the DK starting quests, aka Sapphiron.

And as a collector, I like to speculate or just imagine different things as mounts. Call me crazy, but I thought those Nerubian humps looked awfully good for sitting a saddle on. I believe there were also some players hoping for multi-passenger rhino mounts after seeing trolls riding them in Zul'drak.

So, any mounts you were hoping to see, but didn't?

off topic, but to save time on that JC daily, theres a couple of packs of Mammoths that roam in the central northern part of Dragonblight that also drop the quest item, I have 3 JCs that do the daily and it saves soooooooo much time

That's true, but a few major patches ago it was shoveltusk only, which was a big pain. And now there's the fact that the mammoths in lower Storm Peaks are marked as dropping the item but actually don't. -_-

Where would it drop? Closest thing I can think that would drop is Varistha Dreamwalker (sp?) in ICC, and ICC already has the frost wyrm. And imho, the green they use for the drake in OC is pretty damn bad.

A mount I would have loved would have been the croc like the vehicle in the Sholazar chain Tbh I wasn't looking out for it just thought: omg this would be a sickass mount if it were real - whilst doing the chain.

Only other mounts I'd like are a core hound or devilsaur, those things rock.
(Imagine a hunter with a core hound pet, the mini core hound pet and a core hound mount, nobody will ask for MC back since the hunter is the new physical manifestation of it.)

On a more serious note : I hoped we could have siege vehicles like the dwarf ones from vanilla (those with eagle an wolf shaped heads). It looked promising when I first saw plenty of them the first time on Stormind harbor. But not a single one of them in the expansion :'(
