got a problem over here:
some day, i won a duel against a dk (myself bein a dk too), since then, he proceeds to verbally abusing me via /s or /w, it keeps going on every day, for real.
if i use the ignore function, he keeps walking around me, standing with his mammothmount on top of my char, keeps spinning around me when i begin duels and so on.
he does this for THREE weeks now, and i mean its fucking 3 weeks, for real, every day he checks if i still ignore him, starts to tell me that i have to ignore him, and that hes invulnerable to GM's "orders".
so, seeking for advice, what options do i got? i already kited him to nagrand arena, killed him there several times, didnt work out.
wrote severla tickets, its against the harassment policy, hes flaming me. but it seems like nothing would work against that retard.
what can i do?

Just make a gmticket he will get a ban for it.

First thing would be to make sure you open a GM ticket about it. If what you're saying is accurate then he'll probably get temp banned.

If that doesn't work out, just keep him on ignore. Most important thing I can say here is to NOT respond in any way to what he's doing. If you react at all to him, he'll know he's annoying you, which just validates everything he's doing. Ignore him completely, and he'll get bored soon enough.

tbh.. he have a BIG problem if he don't have anything else todo.. personally i would just keep writing tickets intil you meet a GM that will actually do something about it..

if i have a problem that a GM wont fix i just keep writing tickets intil i meet a GM that do something.. trust me it works.

Pretty much what Taun said, just open a ticket and report a problem and just say theres a bad whos mad who goes by the name of Chad and lives with his dad because his dad is mad n bad.

and yes those GM answered evry single ticket, the last one, which i had quite a long conversation, explaining the "opposite" players behaviour, told me, that the GM-punishments all stack. warning, 3h ban to permaban. i will keep opening tickets, still hoping that theres one strict blizzworker that will handle my problem

Whilst the advice above doesnt work in real life, it does in game.

In a nut shell the guy is taking pleasure in your *obvious* annoyance. So, just dont react at all to his presence. Just go about doing your dailys e.c.t. after a while he'll just get bored as you're no longer giving him the attention they crave.

2) open a GM ticket. If you want, get evidence of what he is doing, there are a couple of programs that allow you to recored gameplay. FRAPs being the main one

3) If it continues after more then a week of completly ignoring every action this guy takes then the person might actually need professional help and i say that in the nicest possible way.

Unban him, let him harrash you on /w, just dont pay attention to that. You might want to troll him a bit, just no offensive and swear words. Tell him that you love him etc.
Open a ticket.

and he made it to his duty to convince me that i have to ignore him, admit that he is the better player and admit that i an the one flaming him cause i wont him to leave me alone, asking if he is slightly mentally diabled by doing so...

I wonder how he'd react if you decided to give him some of his own meds. Like, make lots of level 1 alts and spam him until you're ignored and then delete them?

Or maybe submission will ease it? Duel him, play bad on purpose, lose, hopefully his mangled manhood will have been repaired and he'll concentrate on getting run over by tractors instead. Another method would be to duel him with gear that's sub-par and still beat him.

It is, sadly, a war of attrition against a complete arse. Let's just hope your patience lasts longer than his. Again, acting as though he's air would be the best, 'cause it crushes him.
