Tanking Cloak question

I would've searched the armoury but its down atm.

For feral tanking is a regular dps cloak prefered? or a Tanking cloak with Def and Dodge on it? I know for rings and necklaces its smart to grab the stuff with Def/dodge on it.

Yeah the same rule applies for cloaks as well.

Any tanking cloak without parry is preffered. But i'm not saying that DPS ones are bad though, for instance a cloak with 90 odd agility with provide about 2% dodge along with armor and crit... But! they simply dont have enough stamina on them to make them worth while, especially when your investing badges on them. The Ilvl 264 EoF tank cloak with the 700 odd armor is pretty much BiS outside of Hard Modes. Even then you'll find it hard to replace it, the extra armor is just too juicey!

Yeah, it's situational, depending on how much dodge defense vs how much agility and what the other stats are. I'm using http://db.mmo-champion.com/i/50025/seal-of-many-mouths/ due to the expertise on it.
