Make the resilience buff only affect arena!

Buffing resilience everywhere, nerfing healing only in arena makes healers op in bgs and duels, imo they should make the resilience buff also only apply in arenas.. What do you think?

But really, who cares if a healer is OP in a DUEL. If you had said they're too OP in world pvp then people may listen to you

Healing is nerfed in BGs, Arena and WG. So basically all controlled PvP has the change in effect. World PvP (and duels) is different and are unimportant.
