Yes I read the sticky first. I have the latest drivers and direct x. I did the fix for the latency too. My fps always seems to be from 8-15 in dungeons and if I'm lucky I can get 20 standing some place by myself. My latency isn't usually high, around 100-200. I close all of my background tasks and disabled the combat log. All my settings are on low too.

Only thing I can think of is maybe overclocking it. Anyone else have any suggestions as to what I should do? I know the comp is old but I think I should be able to get maybe a little more fps out of it.
