I was just wandering until i found this screen shot where you can see BOLD Unit Frames.

Anyone can give me the name of the Add-on which does this effect, please ?

I don't believe it to be the same one, but certainly similar in appearance is the oUF Neav layout which requies both that and oUF to function.

Maybe not the most user friendly way but it at least gives a similar result.
I attempted to search for the image itself with no luck, how did you find that image in the first place ?
