Your gear looks overall very good, you migth consider switching to Blood Draining on weapon and stamina trinkets, and your Expertise is quite low, you should try to aim more on that.

I would give you a 8.5/10, you could get a solid 10 if you would get more expertise and if you changed weapon enchant

My only question, Why Glyph of Vigilance? I assume your the MT for your guild? If so, you might want to consider the Glyph of Revenge instead? For Single-target and Multi-Target tanking it's far more beneficial. As of Revenge's buff it's far more useful than it ever was before. 5% threat doesnt beat the gurantee of a rage-free heroic strike! Unless you've got a Hunter that loves to over-aggro, then I can see why, but even then, 5% is a tiny amount of threat diverted to you!

In a rage abundant enviroment such as 25 mans more rage does not equal more threat. Increasing the threat gained from Vigilance not only increases your threat, but also decreases the threat of the individual you cast it on; which can be incredibly useful for overaggro issues on multi-add fights or trash.

good spec and gems seem to be correct the only thing i would change would be maybe the boot enchant i'm still up in the air on this one tho i personally have tuskarrs for those mobile fights (putricide) the only other thing i would reccomend is leave that guild your in and get a real progression one and get into icc cuz from the looks of your spec and gems it seems like even if you dont know how to spec or gem you at least went and copied what some good warriors are doing which shows that you have the desire to be better but overall i give it a 8/10.

i have "Rimefang's Claw" as a weapon (no enchant on it) and getting crafted 264 pants and feet in next few days....

i can tank ToC 10 without any problems and i tried 1st icc boss but failed (bad healers and lack of dps).....

all advices are welcome

I guess you've already thought of enchanting your weapon, so i wont go into that. ^^ (Use either Blade Ward or Blood Draining tho, with BD being slightly more useful.)

Switch http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49118 with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37220, i know it has less stamina, but it has a more usefull procc, or you could wait and buy http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50356 if you want to spend 60 badges on it.

Specc and gems looks solid, however why choose Imp. Spell Reflect? I would rather choose Imp. Bloodrage, even if we should never be ragestarved as it is, it could always prove useful someday maybe.

Overall, a 8/10 for you.

It's there because it doesnt seem like many JC's on my realm have the 10 hit/15 stam gem, which i'd much rather have there. The specc being as it is because of the fact that i've gotten used to it, and i see no meaning to change it for as long as i dont have problems tanking. The enchant on the gloves are from an era which i needed the extra threat i could get, and i've never got around to change it, i will tho when i get better gloves. Which actually leads me to a question.. should i try and wait for the tier gloves to drop from VoA, or should i get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50978 instead? The 264 version of the tier gloves beat these in stamina, and that's why i'm thinking of waiting. Blade Ward on the weapon is because i didnt found anyone with BD at the time when i got it, so i choose BW instead.

All advices are ofcourse welcome, as everyone can improve.

I would get +Armor or 22agil on that cloak. You also need to get the +Defence and Stamina tanking enchant from the Argent Crusade!

I'm guessing this is a raiding alt, or an offspecc for you? In all means, the gear i can see that you have is the best pre-raid you can have, and the crafted 245 pieces is pretty good as well. You could upgrade everything, but i'd best go for the trinket from ICC frosties, the 60 badges tanking one, a huge stamup from Gossamer's.

7/10 I would try and add some expertise somehow, 11 is a bit on the low side. I would also level a 2nd profession like jewelcrafting or at least something to fill the void lol. Other then that I really dont see the need to color match for a 9stam or 12 stam bonus. Also i just noticed that your cloak is missing an enchant, I would personally go with armor, but there is always agi also for a mino r dodge boost. Oh and 1 other thing get argent crusade revered for the helm enchant. Its loads better then the pvp one ^^; I know you said you had been rated but i would get something else with your badges and wait for the gloves from voa or get the http://www.wowhead.com/item=50978

edit: You are missing a minor glyph and I actually think unbridled wraith is a waste of 5pts in a prot spec. I would throw the points into imp disciplines and/or deep wounds + impale

The only comment I could give is to go for set bonuses as sanctification emblems are gained which will enable you to have ilevel 264 set pieces. This character is 10 man heroic ready to get the Fall of the lich king heroic achievement.

you're gear is good, as are the enchants, but I'd change the hit gems to something else, personally not fond of gemming into hit. Also try and go for the necklace of marrowgar, the 251 is pretty nice

Your enchant on your shoulders I personally prefere 30 stam + 15 resiliance, and your hands I prefere either armor or stamina over your +2% threat + 10 parry. Your cloak I would suggest to change from 22 agi to armor.

Other than that, looks decent enough Good job!

Not bad, I'd give it an 8/10. The gear is decent but the spec could be better if you had Gag Order instead of Focused Rage. Enchant and gem wise you are fine for the most part but I would recommend getting rid of the +10 stats gem in your boots and the armsman enchant on your gloves. I would also suggest picking up Glyph of Indomitability to replace the Black Heart, especially since your armor is so low.
