Who we are
Rocket Surgeons has been around on Executus for quite some time now. We are a tightly knit group of players most of which have been playing together since vanilla days. While we do not consider ourselves a “hardcore” guild we strive for excellence and expect all applicants to be skilled players. Through much hard work and effort, we have since become one of the strongest progression guilds on the server, with an excellent server reputation and a friendly guild atmosphere. Currently, we are looking for a few exceptional players who want the opportunity to see heroic content.

We run ALT ICC 25, 10 mans, and farmed content just about every off-day.
Our current progression is now focused on Hard Modes in ICC25 exclusively. Thus, we require potential members to be GEARED for this (mostly ilvl 264+ gear) as we do not have the time to gear up people through other instances/normal modes.

We expect recruits to:
• Maintain 90% attendance for the duration of their trial process (about 2-3 weeks).
• Have a complete understanding of their class including all talent specs they might play.
• Be able to communicate necessary encounter information as well as ideas & opinions
using Ventrilo.
Maintaining high situational awareness.
15k DPS on Festergut is moot if you can’t do simple things like step out of Malleable Goo. If you have problems with CCing MC'd people on Lady Deathwhisper, decurse/dispel, switch targets effectively, etc, then we don’t want you.
Accountable for your actions. People make mistakes (we’re human).
It’s your job to own up to it, and try to take necessary steps to ensure that it doesn’t happen again. People that want to make excuses every time they die to bad stuff don’t ever improve, so if you’re one of those people, good luck elsewhere.
Researching and knowing the fights ahead of time - (reading forums, watching videos) - addressing issues that will ensure a clean kill.
