I read a post by some guy saying that the 2p t9 which we all <3 is getting made a permanent thing even without 2p t9? Meaning that ss will crit all the time?
Can someone confirm this?

MMO-Champ's homepage has some early PTR notes of classes getting DoT-crit capabilities, sadly our SrpS is not on that list right now.

2 piece T9 is so good people wait till 4 piece T10 to even think about losing it.
This holds back the progression idea Blizz has for set bonuses.
Likely they will do something. Either include it in the new list of 'crittable' thingies, nerf the 2pc T9 or change the 2pc T10.
It feels the same as with the wolf buff: you know they don't like it and a change IS gonna come...
only question is when, and more important: how? Howl.
