Raid Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7:30-11:00 CMT (Server Time).
All Core raiders are expected to be online and ready to pull by 7:30, This means You are at the instance by 7:20.
What we look for in a core raider:
1. Be Skilled
Every member must be skilled at their class/spec. Those who can't figure out what this means need not apply. Every class has a host of different abilities for a reason, and we expect you to use them all to their full potential.
2. Be Environmentally Aware
Every member must be able to do their job effectively while ALSO maintaining awareness of their surroundings. This means you must be able to pull off maximum dps/healing while running out of fires, not clustering up, knowing when to CC to save someone's life, when and where to run to during a boss fight, etc.
3. Be Geared
Have at least the best badge / BoE gear available with Item lvl 264 gear. Do not expect us to gear you out unless you can show exceptional skill. We also expect all members to do their best in acquiring gear available outside of raids. This includes having the best gems and enchants for your class/spec.
4. Be Reliable
We raid 4 days a week so people are expected to maintain at least 90% raid attendance. We expect you to be on nearly every raid night and to let us know in advance if you can't make a raid for some reason.
Current Goal:
Our current goal is to build a solid 25 man team and take it through the test of H25 ICC in preparation for the race to the top of the Throne.
We are always willing to accept Exceptionally Skilled and Reliable raiders!
