Is warrior a fun solo pvp class?

Hey, I've been thinking about a plate dps and warrior seems the most "deep" class over there. I primarily aim for PvP and don't have partners to play with (I prefer to do several BGs everyday, etc.) So is it fun to play a warrior as solo class or should I choose some faceroll (no offence involved) ret/dk then? Thanks.

Ret Paladin for Solo play. They have a lot more utility than a Warrior does when taken as an individual as they can freedom, dispel, heal etc Warriors come into their own more with a healer to back them up.

If you're going to level solo as a Warrior then I highly recommend you level as Prot.

You will have almost no down time, and you will fare much better in PvP if you do not have a healer to back you up.

you arent the best without a healer, but its bassicly a gear thing.
you wil suck 1v1, and in a duel you wil lose alot.

but once you get full rele and a good wep, your damage wil be sick, giving you an edge.
if you got bryntroll its even better i've won duals VS healers couse they couldnt outdps my bryntroll heals
but even then you will lose most duals, BGs however are a diff story ofc you wil rip trough people with ease

YES warrior are an awesome solo pvp class, just need alot of gear to shine.

You never pvp'd the first 1-2 seasons of wotlk? Damn, a questgeared blood DK/ret paladin could slaugther a warrior in full lvl 80 pvp t1 gear.

I myself got killed by a lvl 78 DK in a duel when I had naxxgear&Betrayer of humanity...

I assume many warriors gave up pvp at that time, and still believes that dks and retpalas are still invincible.

And yes the OMGZ I GOTZ 2 SHOT BY LOLRET is bull, tho you will never ever ever beat a paladin fair and square one on one. Catch it with forbearance on, then yes you will rape him.

Dks are actualy worse, as the f.ckers will just kite you to death. With all em selfs heals and defensive cooldowns+frost presence it is unlikely you will outlast one that is played right.

Frost mages, well played will ALWAYS win. Its just one of those things, no matter if he has everything on cooldown, you will still not beat him, as he will escape, reset and come back after you as soon as he is ready for it. Use Free Action Potion, gives ya a chance if the mage does not figure out very fast what did you just do.

Resto droods in equal gear and skill cant be killed without some luck or dispelling. Its not imposible but in a 1v1 scenario its unlikely.

Shadow priest....brrrrr....new bane of my existence, by the time that freaking dispersion is done i am dead on DoT`s, trick tho, start with Shattering Throw, charge, MS and Lolstorm, the huge burst damage incoming can stun people a bit, making them mess up, giving ya a chance.

Feral druids are just imune to warriors, whatever you do, you will die on bleeds before he dies on your damage. Being a dwarf gives ya a shot against them.

Last big problem are the ele shamans, every since that freaking root totem they are a pain in the ass coupled with the burst output. Spell reflect is your friend. And free action potion is your saviour.

But no, warriors are not a very good 1v1 class. Most classes either cc us to death, or outlast us. Or the combination of the two.

But if ya have 1 or 2 friends to BG togheter with if your not interested in arena`s warriors are a serious contender out there. They will bring a lot of hurt, especialy to healers and rogues :P

Yeah Find yourself a healer friend... otherwise you tend to get targeted while Bladestorming :/

Prot can still beat anything 1v1 except prot pal, pvp healer, and sometimes frost mage and is tons of fun in solo pvp. Highly recommend it.

Arms is good if you out gear them
Prot is good at all times

DK/Pally are better however, for solo pvp but I prefer my warrior over pally and dk when I have a pocket healer
