I believe so...but common theory is to use haunt/qd/lt glyphs.
I don't remember using glyph of Corruption even pre 3.2

They stack, but the stacking is multiplicative. You don't get one roll of 8, you get two rolls of 4. Not that much different, but it is slightly lower than it would be otherwise.

1 - (.96 * .96 ) = 7.84% chance.

EDIT by "malus" (as in the opposite of bonus, don't even know if that word is used in English) I meant that even if the 2nd proc refreshes the duration, it does not give you another instant SB.
