Need some help with 4p T9 :(

OK last night in ICC i got this http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50806 im in all 232 T9 and i have 1 trophy. So i was think if i break my t9 i should get the triumph head piece use the trophy for the 245 shoulders and use the legs i just got that would put me almost 700 haste but im not sure if it worth all that need alittle help
