Wondering if I should bother to use this. I will get Lockjaw 10man heroic one once it drops, so until then, I'm wondering if I should bother to use this mace. I currently have Quel'Delar, lens of mind. With the mace, I have 871 haste, with sword I have 920. Holy light was 1.6 sec cast time with both weapons (Thats not with JotP, totem, etc, so it might be caster with sword with raid buffs, no?). Soo.. Worth it? Or should I just trash it?

On the off chance this is a serious question, of course you should use it. The Mp5, int, stam, and spellpower gain far outweigh the loss of haste since you already have a very solid amount. Heroic lockjaw is fine and good, but it could be 10 weeks before you even see it drop.

Actually, it's a perfectly valid question. Essentially, you're looking at trading 44 spellpower and 28 mp5 for 49 haste. Personally, I'd stick with the haste, unless you have mana issues. Better yet, find a regular Lockjaw and use it. Trust me, you'll want every last bit of haste you can get for Heroic mode 10 man.

I disagree. First off, normal mode 10 LK is hardly brag worthy. Second, these two items are only 7 ilevels apart, making the difference in stats nominal at best. That being the case, the Haste weapon is the one to use. LK weapon does look bad ass, but is definitely worse.

As an aside, even though you may show a 1.6 speed HL with both weapons, rest assured that the Haste is having an effect. You just have to go out to the hundredths to see it.
